The Residency Lab, a project of the non-profit CDE Foundation, is dedicated to educator preparation and support that is equity-driven and includes rich clinical experiences. We partner with Local Education Agencies, Institutions of Higher Education, and the Statewide Residency Technical Assistance Center (SRTAC) to conceive, actualize, and implement residency programs with a focus on stakeholder support, sustainability, and authentic partnership. We also connect residencies with world-class experts, hosting leaders in equity work, educator preparation, visual and performing arts, and facilitators who champion meaningful instruction for multilingual learners.
The Residency Specialist is an integral part of our statewide teacher and counselor residency system. The Residency Specialist will be primarily responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive scope and sequence of differentiated support nationwide in various phases of development. The Residency Specialist will have the opportunity to work in partnership with other CDE Foundation Initiatives, Local Educational Agencies (LEA), Institutions of Higher Education (IHE), the Statewide Residency Technical Assistance Center (SRTAC), and other trusted partners for the future success, growth, and sustainability of residency programs. This is a full-time remote exempt position.
