Bill Cirone, Santa Barbara county Superintendent of Schools, has a long track record of leadership in education, business, and civic affairs. David Plank is the Executive Director of Policy Analysis for California Education (PACE). Before joining PACE, he was Professor at Michigan State University, where he founded and directed the Education Policy Center. Jennifer Peck was a founding staff member of the Partnership in 2001 and became its Executive Director in 2003. Since that time, she has developed and implemented initiatives to finance and build after school and summer learning programs, increase access to school meals and nutrition education programs, and support the development of community schools in the Bay Area’s lowest income communities. Peggy Agron is Kaiser Permanente’s National Director of Healthy Schools and serves as the Chair of the Advisory Group for Kaiser Permanente Thriving Schools, a comprehensive effort to create a culture of health and wellness for students, staff, and teachers in K-12 schools.
Pravin Kumar joined TriNet in September 2014 as the Vice President of Strategy. Pravin has been in the business of developing and delivering enterprise software systems for over 25 years and has been called on by leading VC’s to help start-ups with product strategy.
Tom is currently a Senior Accountant in the Finance department for the Sacramento Kings organization. Tom is primarily responsible for overseeing the accounting/finance operations for the Sleep Train Arena, and will be taking on the same role in the transition to the new downtown arena, set to open in time for the 2016-2017 season.
