3D Modeling

Category: Classroom activity / materials
Grade Range: 6-8

Students were asked to create charms to be printed on a 3D printer using Tinkercad.com modeling environment. First students made models with playdough. Next, students learned about additive and subtractive modeling and had to engage with manipulating 3D shapes virtually extensively. Students wrote reflections about their work and their charm. We hope to print them soon.
